with stuffed ceramic themal isolation
of induction hydrochloric furmaces-baths
In clause the research of processes of interaction of the heated up salts with graphite heaters and ceramic thermal isolation of an induction hydrochloric bath is considered at induction thermal processing and induction chemical processing.
The influence of the heated up salts on change of thermal physical and mechanical properties both stability(resistance) by graphite and ceramic isolation is experimentally proved. On the basis of experimental data the technology and structure of stuffed ceramic isolation ensuring the greatest stability(resistance) at thermal and chemical processing in hydrochloric baths with heating in a high-frequency electromagnetic field of the coil of inductance in an interval of temperatures 1000…1300? Ñ.
