Alternative threshing: the direction of improvement of the harvester
Alternative direction of development of threshing apparatus as main device of harvester is investigated. It direction base upon the new experimental facts and the already famous properties. Elastify and discretion of the stalks, ”transparency” of the layer in the threshing space, the other interpretation of pressure oscillogramms enable to work out new technological principles of threshing.
A threshing apparatus of intensive action is created. Smooth rasp bars unseparably are linked with a drum. The concave has a convex inlet surface and is supplied by special bars, deprived of rods. The advanced threshing apparatus has been tested in industrial conditions and has shown high agrotechnical and operationally-technological results.
