Formation of elements of nonequilibrium amorphisated structures of composite plasma coatings in system "sprayed particles- substrate"

Researches of influence of a temperature mode in system "sprayed particles - substrate " on formation of elements of nonequilibrium amorphizated structures of composite plasma coatings Ni80Cr20+12,5%MoS2(CaF2)+55%TiC are carried out. Increase of microhardness of spayed material was criterion of a amorphization degree. At research of influence of heating of particles various technological techniques of effective warming up as important condition of amorphization are analyzed. Influence on amorphization of thickness of plasma coatings and additional cooling of a substrate by a jet of compressed air are considered.
